Once we've talked things through, we’ll take time to get you settled. Whether you're on a massage bed, your sofa, or the floor for certain Shiatsu techniques, I’ll guide you through using cushions, props, or a birth ball to find the most comfortable position—whether side-lying, semi-reclining, or resting upright.
3. 45-Minute Massage
The treatment itself blends soothing massage, Shiatsu acupressure, and body balancing techniques inspired by birth biomechanics. If you decide to use oils, I use a high-quality oil of your choice, including professional-grade essential oils if you'd like.
Each session may include areas such as:
